• Use your uploaded image for AI generation and processing
• Store your image temporarily for service delivery
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Use anonymized/de-identified data for research and development

3. Biometric Data Notice

Your uploaded photo may contain biometric data (facial geometry, features). Under GDPR and CCPA, this is classified as sensitive personal information. By proceeding, you provide explicit consent for us to process this biometric data for AI visualization purposes.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Upload Photo: Stored securely on our server
• Generated Image: Stored on our server for sharing and future access
• Retention: Images are retained to enable sharing and viewing of your AI try-on results
• Deletion Request: You may request deletion of your images at any time by contacting us

5. Third-Party AI Service

We use Google Gemini AI to process images. Your photo is sent to Google's servers for AI generation. Google's privacy policy applies: Google Privacy Policy

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Request deletion of your uploaded photos
• Opt-Out: Stop using the feature at any time
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent, but we cannot undo processing already completed

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data.

8. No Sale of Personal Photos

We DO NOT sell your personal photos to third parties. Your images are used solely for AI Try-On visualization.

9. Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for users under 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not use this feature.

By checking the consent box and uploading your photo, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this privacy policy
• You consent to the processing of your photo and biometric data for AI visualization
• You grant us the right to use your image for AI generation as described above
• You are 16 years or older
• You have the right to upload this photo (it's your photo or you have permission)
